Yes — the same simple reading age is written for babies and toddlers up to two.
Can a big brother or sister be in it?
Yes. Up to four people from your family can be in the book. We write the words for one child's age — the youngest by default — so it still reads right for your two-year-old.

A hardback book, 210 × 297 mm, printed in the UK on 150gsm paper with a gloss finish.
